Refund and return policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and provide refunds exclusively for products that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to a processing error on our behalf. Our policy does not permit returns for other circumstances.


Eligibility for a refund
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund. To be eligible, you must contact us within this timeframe regarding a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at hello@sadeldesign.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


How to start a refund request
To begin a refund request, please contact us at hello@sadeldesign.com. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with your return. Items sent back without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.


No exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If an item is eligible for a refund due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, it will be handled as a refund. You can then place a new order for the correct item on our website.


Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that processing times can vary depending on your bank or credit card company. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at hello@sadeldesign.com.
